In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "live888" / "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at live888.lol, including all games, betting products, payment services, bonus programmes, and customer support facilities made available therein.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on live888 using a unique username and password combination.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all live888 transactions are denominated for players in Pakistan.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, cashback, or VIP reward allocated to your live888 account balance that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Funds" means PKR deposited by you directly into your live888 account from your own personal Pakistan payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, bank transfer, or crypto).
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount in PKR that must be wagered on qualifying live888 games before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 7 of these Terms.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of tools provided by live888 to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session timers, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

To register and use a live888 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. live888 is strictly an adults-only platform. Any person under 18 is prohibited from registering, depositing, playing, or otherwise accessing any live888 product.
• You must be accessing live888 as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative, or proxy for another person.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed with live888 or any other gambling platform operating under the same compliance framework.
• You must not be classified as a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) or be subject to international sanctions that would prohibit you from engaging in online financial transactions.
• You must be the sole and legitimate owner of the Pakistan payment method (Easypaisa account, JazzCash account, bank account) used to deposit funds into your live888 account. Depositing using payment methods belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited.

Each eligible player may register one live888 account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, mobile number, email address, device, IP address, or residential address — is a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your live888 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full name, Pakistan mobile number, and date of birth.
• Maintain the accuracy of your account details and update them promptly if your personal information changes.
• Select a strong, unique password and keep it confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your live888 account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered by live888, as an additional security measure protecting your PKR balance.
• Notify live888 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account credentials have been compromised.

live888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where false registration information is discovered, where duplicate accounts are identified, or where account security is believed to have been compromised.

All live888 financial transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the live888 platform:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount on live888 is 5,000 PKR. There is no maximum single deposit limit for verified accounts.
• live888 supports deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and USDT BEP20. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the live market rate at the time of transaction.
• live888 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider (bank or mobile wallet) may apply standard transaction charges.
• You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount on live888 is 1,000 PKR. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same Pakistan payment method used for deposits, or to a method pre-approved by live888 support, to prevent money laundering.
• live888 targets processing 95% of PKR withdrawal requests within three minutes. Processing times for bank transfers may be subject to Pakistan inter-bank clearing schedules.
• live888 does not charge withdrawal fees. Your payment provider's standard charges may apply.
• Withdrawals from accounts with outstanding wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds will be held until wagering is complete, or the Bonus Funds will be forfeited at the player's election.

live888 offers a range of promotional incentives to Pakistan players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback on losses, free spins, tournament prizes, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless promotion-specific terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Funds and Real Funds are held in separate balance pots. Real Funds are always wagered first. Bonus Funds become active once Real Fund balance is exhausted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, sports betting, and certain speciality games may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. Game contribution rates are published in the live888 promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated promotional period. Expired Bonus Funds and associated winnings are automatically removed from your live888 account balance.
• live888 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have accepted and begun wagering on a specific promotion.
• Abuse of the live888 bonus system — including but not limited to low-risk bet patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim single-player bonuses, or coordinated play to manipulate bonus outcomes — constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 7 and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds.

The live888 VIP Programme operates on four tiers: Blue, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. VIP tier assignment is based on cumulative wagering activity over rolling calendar months. live888 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, cashback rates, and tier benefits at any time with reasonable notice to affected Pakistan players.

The following rules apply to all gaming activity conducted on the live888 platform:

• All game outcomes on live888 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for digital games, and by real physical results for live dealer table games streamed from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi studios.
• In the event of a disconnection during an active game session, live888's system records the game state at the point of disconnection. If the disconnection prevents a game from completing, the outcome will be resolved according to the relevant game provider's rules and live888's technical records.
• live888 does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily restrict access to the live888 lobby or specific game titles. live888 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption to Pakistan players.
• In the event of a game malfunction, incorrect odds display, or technical error that results in an erroneous payout, live888 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return staked PKR to the player's account balance.
• live888's decision regarding the result of any bet or game outcome, after technical review, is final and binding.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the live888 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of PKR balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one live888 account under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other non-human tool to interact with the live888 platform, including for the placement of bets.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live dealer table games or poker-format games.
• Chargebacks and payment fraud — disputing legitimate live888 transactions with your Pakistan bank or mobile wallet provider after voluntarily making the deposit.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification processes.
• Depositing funds of criminal origin into your live888 account. The live888 platform must not be used for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Sharing your live888 account credentials with another person, or allowing another person to access and use your account.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or technical errors on the live888 platform to obtain an unintended advantage.

All content on the live888 platform — including but not limited to the live888 logo, brand name, website design, game graphics, game software, live dealer studio imagery, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of live888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any live888 intellectual property without the prior written consent of live888. Unauthorised use of live888 brand assets, game content, or platform design is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

live888 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistan players. • Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity.
• Any losses arising from Pakistan internet connectivity issues, mobile network disruptions, or device failures beyond live888's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from the player's failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to meet wagering requirements or failure to use Responsible Gaming Tools.
• Any losses arising from the actions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers, where live888 has exercised reasonable care in selecting and monitoring those providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits live888's liability for death or personal injury caused by live888's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by live888.

Termination by the Player: You may close your live888 account at any time by contacting live888 support at [email protected]. Before closure, any outstanding withdrawal of Real Funds PKR balance will be processed to your registered Pakistan payment method within the standard processing time, subject to all applicable verification requirements being met.

Termination by live888: live888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms by the account holder.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the bonus system.
• Failure to satisfy live888's KYC or AML verification requirements within a reasonable period.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormancy policy).
• Any legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than Prohibited Conduct, live888 will process any verified Real Funds PKR balance to the player's last registered Pakistan payment method.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a Pakistan player and live888 arising from these Terms or from the use of the live888 platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Resolution: Contact live888 customer support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. live888 targets resolving all player complaints within 5 business days of receiving complete information.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 14 days of initial contact, you may request escalation to live888's senior disputes team, who will conduct an independent review within a further 14 days.
• Step 3 — Alternative Dispute Resolution: If internal resolution fails, live888 supports the use of an independent ADR provider to mediate disputes between Pakistan players and the platform.

The English version of these Terms is the definitive and controlling version. Any translations provided for convenience do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
